How do I place an order?

Placing an order is simple. Browse our exclusive collections, add your selected pieces to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You will receive an email confirmation upon successful purchase.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna, and USDC Crypto payments.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Due to our commitment to fast processing, orders cannot be modified once placed. However, if you need to cancel an order, please contact support@oziin.com within 12 hours of purchase.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, OZIIN ships worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Standard Shipping: 14-30 business days
Express Shipping: 7-14 business days

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your shipment’s progress.

 

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in unused, original condition with packaging intact.

Are all items eligible for returns?

Limited edition, custom-made, and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
