Returns & Refunds At OZIIN, we take pride in delivering luxury fashion with exceptional quality. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags, packaging, and all included accessories.
- Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable.
- Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or refunded.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact our customer support at exchange@oziin.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
- Exchanges At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please request a return and place a new order.
